The Howard Beach Civilian Observation Patrol Inc. is funded through private

donations. We are a non-profit Corporation based in the State of New York

and is granted non-profit tax exempt status 501c3 status from the IRS.

All contributions are fully tax deductible to the fullest extent of the

law. All donations are used at 100% for the community service we provide.

The Howard Beach Civilian Observation Patrol Inc. Are community members

volunteering their time for free and our Not-For-Profit

doesn’t have any paid employees.

Your donations go directly to providing uniforms, radio equipment, gas for

our patrol cars, general insurance, office supplies, advertisements, &

training services, website, and soon office space. Our goal is to help our

community whenever and wherever we can.
